David Loveless grew up in Orem, Utah. He learned at a young age the value of hard work, and lives by the motto “Work Hard, Play Hard.” With the Wasatch mountains so close, he spent a lot of time in the outdoors, camping, hunting, and fishing with his family. Today, he spends his time with his wife and children. Some of his interests include camping, hiking, archery hunting, fishing, hammock camping, or any other outdoor adventures.
While in school, David realized he had a love for numbers and went on to receive an accounting degree at Brigham Young University followed by a master’s degree in taxation at Weber State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who specializes in individual and business taxes.
With his love for numbers also came a love for real estate. He grew up helping his parents with their rentals and he learned the financial benefits of owning real estate. He now enjoys analyzing real estate and has experience with investing.
